The National Weather Service has announced a Winter Storm Warning this morning saying Steele, Rice and Goodhue counties might get 6-10 inches of snow by tomorrow morning.
Olmsted County wasn't included in the warning. The forecast for Rochester as of 8 a.m. still called for 1-3 inches of snow today, and possibly a half inch overnight. It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow, with a wind chill of minus 14 degrees.
