WINONA — There will be traffic delays May 12 on the Winona bridge across the Mississippi River to allow Minnesota Department of Transportation crews time to clean it.
Work will begin at 8 a.m., and there will be one-day traffic all day, weather permitting. There could be stop-and-go traffic, according to a MnDOT press release. Crews will clean up any debris from winter and also look for any small maintenance jobs they can do.
