A Rochester woman has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging she was intoxicated when she crashed into one or more parked vehicles and the side of a house.
Laura Alicia Barrett, 23, pleaded not guilty to six misdemeanor charges last week in Olmsted District Court. She has been released on her own recognizance. A jury trial is set for January.
The charges stem from a crash early on July 21 in the 900 block of 16th Avenue Northeast. Barrett is accused of driving while impaired, driving without a valid license, colliding with an unattended vehicle, failing to stop for a property damage accident and insurance violation.
