Allison Tjossem, 27, was westbound when she lost control of the car, entered a ditch, and hit some large rocks, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report.

She was taken to Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester with what the report describes as serious, but not life-threatening, injuries.

The accident was reported at 7:53 a.m. The State Patrol report says that the driver wasn't wearing a seat belt.
