Applications for the 2012 Zonta International Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships are available from the Zonta Club of Austin.
The scholarship fund, established in 1998, is open to women pursuing an undergraduate degree in business leading to a business management career. The applicant must be enrolled in her second year of an undergraduate program through the final year of a master’s program at the time of application. The program is designed to encourage undergraduate women to enter careers and to seek leadership positions in business-related fields.
Zonta International is a service organization of executives in business and the professions working together to advance the status of women. The Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholarships is one of many programs for women and girls sponsored by Zonta International. The scholarships are funded by voluntary contributions to the Zonta International Foundation.
