Adrian E. Farrington - Rochester

Adrian Earl Farrington, 70, of Rochester, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, Monday Feb 13., 2012.

He was born to Rev. David and Effie Farrington on Feb. 5, 1942, in Buffalo Center, Iowa, and grew up in Blooming Prairie.

Adrian was preceded in death by his parents.

He was married to Patricia Bourn on Dec. 28, 1963, they later divorced. Children are, David (Janette) MaKenna and Ryken Farrington, Andria (Ricky, fiance) Sienna (Tyler and Nathan) Hall.

Sergeant Farrington retired from the Minnesota State Patrol after 27 years of dedicated service. Adrian was also an accomplished pianist, soloist, concert performer and recorded one gospel CD. Gospel music was a gift and his life.

Adrian then married Pamela (Tesch) Robertson on June 27, 1992, and became a blended family united by love and our faith. Children are, Robin (Greg) Nicholas Larson and Samantha Hanson, Todd (Jen) Alexa and Zachary Robertson.

Visitation will be held at Rochester Assembly of God, Thursday, Feb.16, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

A memorial service will be held at 2:15 p.m., followed by fellowship and memories of Adrian (Ade, Silver Bullet, Peach Fuzz, Adey and Bumpy) while enjoying donuts and coffee.

Family suggests memorials to be given to the Rev. David Farrington Scholarship Fund at Maranatha Baptist Bible College, Watertown, WI., or Seasons Hospice, Rochester.
