David Lee Cass — Rochester

David Lee Cass, 30, died Saturday, June 29, 2013, as a result of injuries sustained in a boating accident in Minnesota.

Dave was born March 29, 1983, in Rochester. He grew up in Sioux Falls, S.D., and attended Southern OregonUniversity.

He was loved andwill be missed.

Heis survived by his parents, Joe and Amy Cass ofRochester; two brothers, Mike (Katie)and niece, Emily of Alexandria, and Abe (CoresaLeighty)of Minneapolis; his maternal grandfather, Richard (Gretchen) Lee of Dubuque, Iowa; and his paternal grandmother, Alice Cass Hinzalso of Dubuque, Iowa.

A visitation for David is scheduled for Tuesday, July 2, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with a time of reflection starting at 7:30 p.m. in the River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home.
