David Leo Boley - Hayfield

The funeral service for David Leo Boley will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church 104, First St. S.E., in Hayfield with Rev. Paul Hauschild officiating.

David Leo Boley, 55, passed away at his home in Hayfield on Nov. 12, 2012.

David Leo Boley was born on May 2, 1957, the son of Lawrence and Janet (Brewer) Boley in Corydon, Ind. He graduated from Southland High School in 1975. He was united in marriage to Janice Dahle, July 1975, and they were later divorced. He was united in marriage to Diane Boeff on June 11, 2011, in Hayfield. He worked for Laverne Bergstrom, Larson Products, Zimmerman AI, and 25 years at Crenlo. He also farmed with Wayne Scherbring and Richard Jones. He was a member of the Southeastern Minnesota Tractor Pullers Association. David enjoyed motorcycling, and spending time with family and friends.

David is survived by his wife, Diane Boley, Hayfield; his parents, Lawrence and Janet  Boley of Byron; daughters, Jennifer (Thomas Winsky) Neville of Austin and Jessica (Larry) Andrist of Sargeant; sons Jason Boley of Sargeant and Jonathan Boley of Albert Lea; stepsons, Jamie Boeff of Hayfield, Jared (Melissa) Holtan of Hayfield and Joshua Holtan of Hayfield; 14 grandchildren, one grandchild on the way and one great-grandchild on the way; brothers and sisters, Darrell (Wanda) Boley of Dexter, Kenny (Debbie) Boley of Byron, Cardy (Ron) Lewison of Houston and Donna (Chuck) Jensen of Alexandria; nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his two grandsons, Kenneth and Brandon Boley, step daughter Christina Holtan and his grandparents.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home, 501 Second St. N..W. Hayfield and one hour before the service at the church on Saturday.
