Lois Randall -- Rochester

Lois Ann (Erickson) Randall, 82, of Rochester, passed into eternal life on March 28, 2017. She was surrounded by the love of her family, dear friends, and the attentive care of Mayo Hospice.

Lois was born in Wahpeton, N.D. She graduated from Wahpeton High School, North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton, and St. Luke's Hospital School of Nursing in Fargo. She worked as a registered nurse in hospitals, physical rehabilitation, alcohol and drug addiction, education, and long-term care until her retirement.

Lois is survived by her husband of 59 years and 11 months, Ken Randall; sons, James (Sherry) Randall and Thomas (Karen) Randall; daughter, Wendy (Rob) MacDougall; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Lois adored her family. She is also survived by loving brothers, John (Cindy) Erickson and Roy (Karan) Erickson; many loving cousins; in-laws; nieces; nephews; extended family and friends.

Lois was preceded in death by parents, Alfred Erickson and Pearl Erickson Larson; siblings, Donald A. Erickson and Darline F. Singbeil; and aunts and uncles she loved dearly.

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at Zumbro Lutheran Church in Rochester. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at a later date.
