Mary Agnes Kreidermacher — Dover

Mary Agnes Kreidermacher, 80, of rural Dover, died Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013, at the St. Charles Assisted Living.

Mary was born Aug. 10, 1933, to John and Louise (Miller) Schmit at Conception. She spent the first part of her life in Kellogg. After a brief stay in Plainview, she moved to Dover where she married Arnold Kreidermacher on June 2, 1958. Together, they raised nine children. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend to all that knew her. She was always by Arnold's side, tending to the family farm that they both love so dear.

Mary was an active member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Eyota.

She is survived by her husband, Arnold; nine children, Bernard (Sue) Kreidermacher of Kasson, David Kreidermacher of Dover, Carol (Craig) Smith of Pine Island, Jim Kreidermacher of Dover, Diane (Ken) Bremseth of Blooming Prairie, Mary (Monte) Kramer of Valley View, Pa., JoAnn (Steve) Finley of Rochester, Nancy (Gary) Wolber of Los Angeles, Calif., and Joe (Melanie) Kreidermacher of St. Charles; grandchildren, Maranda, Nichole, Michael, Rebecca, Jordan, Damian, Jessica, Karrie, Jason, Danielle, Aidan, Conner, John, Ashley, Matthew, Cody and Ryan; 12 great-grandchildren; nine siblings, Lucille Walters of St. Charles, Edwin Schmit of Kellogg, Walter Schmit of Dover, Bernice Hall of Plainview, Margaret Dessner of Kasson, Rose Welke of Rochester, Janet Rahman of Plainview, Patricia Fohrman of St. Charles and John Schmit of Eyota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Robert and a sister, Nancy.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Eyota, with the Rev. Kurt Farrell officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Redeemer Cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7, at Hoff Funeral Service in St. Charles; there will be an 8 p.m. rosary service. They may also call one hour before services at the church.
