Mildred C. Fasbender - Austin

AUSTIN — Mildred C. Fasbender, 84, of Austin, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2010, at the Austin Medical Center.

Mildred was born Jan. 10, 1926, in Adams, to John P. and Anna M. (Kramer) Kloeckner. She was united in marriage to Paul Fasbender. Mildred was a homemaker and a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and gardening.

Survivors include two sons, Michael Fasbender, Austin, and Brian (Margaret) Fasbender, Rochester; two grandchildren, Bradley, Minneapolis, and Kristine, Duluth; and sister, Julaine Wencl, Owatonna.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul on April 5, 2005; and her son, Allen on Feb. 6, 1998.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church, with Father Dale Tupper officiating. There will be a 4 p.m. CCW Rosary and a 6:30 p.m. wake service on Monday at Mayer Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
