Richard C. Burgess,90, of Pine Island, died on Sunday at Pine Haven Care Center. Arrangements with Mahn Family Funeral Home – Mahler Chapel.

David H. Dobbs,57, of rural Dodge Center, died at his home on Sunday. Dibble Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Kasson, is in charge of arrangements.

Grace Gregg, 91 of Austin, died Saturday at Sacred Heart Care Center in Austin. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary, with the Rev. Catherine Lemons officiating. Private family interment will be held at Rose Creek Enterprise Cemetery. Visitation will be at hour before the service Wednesday at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary.

Vernon J. Hupf, 84, of rural Randolph, died unexpectedly Friday at his home. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at The Church of St. Mathias, 23315 Northfield Blvd, Hampton. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the church and an hour before the service Thursday. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements are with Lundberg Funeral Home, Cannon Falls.

Charlie Koegan, 98, died Wednesday at Maple Manor Nursing Home while under the care of Seasons Hospice. Burial will be in New York next to his beloved wife, Agnes.

Diane Menning, 76, of Rochester, died Saturday at her home. Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, Rochester.

Marie Plemling, 82, of St. Paul and formerly of Rochester, died Sunday in St. Paul. Macken Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Erma L. Rogers, 103, of Pine Island died Sunday at Pine Haven Care Center. Arrangements pending with Mahn Family Funeral Home – Mahler Chapel.
