BURNSVILLE, Minn. - Richard I. “Dick” Boutelle, 89, Burnsville, Minn., died Wednesday, Nov. 23, in Arbor Lane.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon, followed by a celebration of life at noon, Saturday, April 22, at River Park Chapel at Macken Funeral Home in Rochester, Minn.
