INDEPENDENCE, Mo. - Suella Hornby, 63, Springfield, Mo., died Sunday, March 5, in Centerpoint Medical Center.

Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m., followed by a service at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 11, at Hammond United Methodist Church in Fort Scott, Kan. Burial will be Saturday in Maple Grove Cemetery.
