Renee L. (Felt) Schulte — Sioux Falls, S.D.
Renee L. (Felt) Schulte, 32, of Sioux Falls, S.D., formerly of Wakefield, Neb., died Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 12, at 10:30 a.m. at the Wakefield Evangelical Covenant Church in Wakefield, Pastor Kelly Johnston and Monte Gannon will be officiating.
The visitation will be held today, May 11, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Wakefield, with a prayer service at 7 p.m.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 10, at the Celebrate Church Meadows Campus in Sioux Falls. Burial will be in the Wakefield Cemetery in Wakefield.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.

Renee was born June 21, 1982, in Wakefield, Neb., the daughter of Merlin and Delores (Mulvenna) Felt. She was baptized and confirmed at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Wakefield, and graduated from Wakefield High School in 2000. She graduated from South Dakota State University in May 2007. Renee was united in marriage to Matthew Schulte on Oct. 15, 2011, at the Evangelical Covenant Church in Wakefield. Her most recent job was with Fiserv in Sioux Falls.
Renee was active in 4-H and the Junior Simmental Association. She had a real zest for life, making friends where ever she went. Renee enjoyed volunteering with Lifescape in Sioux Falls and cheering on her beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Minnesota Gophers. Most of all, she loved the farm and spending time with her family.
Renee is survived by her husband, Matt of Sioux Falls, S.D.; parents, Merlin and Delores Felt of Wakefield, Neb.; a brother, James Felt of Wakefield, Neb.; grandmother, Mona Mulvenna of Wakefield, Neb.; father-in-law, Dick Schulte of Rochester; mother-in-law, Nancy Schulte of Phoenix, Ariz.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kelly and Jon Gedney, and a niece, Helen Gadney of Peoria, Ariz.; and many aunts and uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Lori Felt; grandparents, Marvin and Ruth Felt and Herb Mulvenna; aunt, Gloria Mitchell; and uncles, Delbert Obenauer and Eldon Felt.
