Robert C. Seefeldt — Plainview

Robert C. Seefeldt, 66, died Saturday, March 1, 2014, of cancer at his home in Plainview.

He was born April 25, 1947, in Wabasha County, to Charles and Frieda (Simonovski) Seefeldt. Robert graduated from Plainview High School and went on to serve in the U.S. Marines and Army.On Nov. 25, 1972, he married Betty Smith in Plainview, and has continued to live in Plainview.

Robert enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Betty, of Plainview; one son, Jamie (Chrisy) Seefeldt, of Utica; three grandchildren, Storm, Staley and Staytlen, all of Utica; brothers and sisters, Henry, of Lynn Haven, Fla., LaDonna (Allan) Camrud, of Osceola, Wis., LaVonne (Dick) Bartz, of Waseca, Charlene Bueltel, of Blaine, Kim, of Plainview, and Sally (Tim) Schmulske, of Glencoe.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Gerald.

There will be no funeral service.
