Rosemary Alice Solem — Rochester

Rosemary Alice Solem, 82, of Rochester, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus of natural causes.

Rosemary Klemme was born April 27, 1932, in Waukon, Iowa. She married Tillman Solem who passed away in 1987. Rosemary was retired employee for ARCON.

She is survived by four children, Tillman Solem, Jr., of Rochester, Larry (Vicki) Solem of Naples, Fla., John Solem of Rochester and Vickie (Mark) Jones of St. Michaels; 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tillman, daughter, Amelia, son, Mark, and five brothers and sisters.

Rosemary was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all.

A private service for the family is planned. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.

A luncheon will be held for family and friends on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 12:30 p.m. at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1100 37th Street NW in Rochester.
