Wilma Katherine Mast -- Blooming Prairie

Wilma Katherine (McCracken) Mast, 94, went to her heavenly home on Oct. 20, 2015, steadfast in her faith in God and trust in Jesus Christ.

She was born to Guy and Clara (Spitzer) McCracken on July 8, 1921, in McClave, Colo. She was united in marriage to Leonard Mast on Sept. 14, 1940, in Tribune, Kan.

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, stepmother, Myrle McCracken, sisters, Alpha King, Freda LaCost, Clara Marie Sheesley, and brothers, Dale and Roy McCracken, along with several nieces and nephews.

Survived by her beloved sons, Marion (Joan) Mast of Bixby and Charles (Linda) Mast of Blooming Prairie; grandchildren Jodi (Jim) Peters of Ida Grove, Iowa, Gregg (Karis) Mast of Minneapolis, Ron (Lynn) Mast, Lon Mast, and Rey Mast all of Owatonna. Wilma loved her seven great-grandchildren, Jay, Jon, Terry, Bobby, Brandon, Annabella, and Nina, as well as a host of special nieces and nephews from her sister's families.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, in the chapel at Prairie Manor Care Center, 220 3rd St. NW, Blooming Prairie, MN 55917, with visitation 30 minutes prior at the chapel. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Wiley, Colo.
