Barb and Dale Olofson of Rochester, MN are happy to announce the upcoming marriage of their son, Ben Olofson to Anne Simon, daughter of Nancy and Bill Simon of Lakeville, MN.
Ben graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Environmental Biology/Education and is currently a Middle School science teacher in Mounds View. Anne graduated from Minnesota State Mankato with a degree in English/Education, is working on her Masters, and is currently a Middle School english teacher in Woodbury. A November wedding is planned three years to the day from when they met while teaching in Apple Valley. They will reside in Lino Lakes, MN.
