Apache Mall's corporate owner, General Growth Properties, continues to battle up and down stock prices, like many companies are in today's market
And now add a class action suit filed by a Pennsylvania law firm to the shopping mall REIT to the turbulence the company has to weather.
The suit was filed on behalf of anyone who bought stock between April, 30 to Oct. 26. It is in filed in the Northern District of Illinois.

The Complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning General Growth's business and financial condition, thereby artificially inflating the price of General Growth stock.
It might turn into anything real, but with how things are - who knows?
