Plenty of water out there today to grow trees, flowers and vegetables.
But it is a little wet for people to be out for an event.
So the city Arbor Day festival has been moved to the Mayo Civic Center – North Hall.
Trees, food and music will still be provided starting at 11 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m.
