The Beijing Buffet, a new Asian restaurant at 106 East First Street (the old Hardee's) in Stewartville, will roll out its dishes for the first time Wednesday.
Beijing Buffet is owned by Liu Yong Hao, who also recently opened the International Buffet on Civic Center Drive in Rochester.
So why open a new place in Stewartville?
"Because people like our food and Stewartville didn’t have anything like this," he says.
