Byron Pet Clinic moves east

The Byron Pet Clinic will soon be migrating east to a larger habitat in Byron.

Owner and veterinarian Dr. Kristi Frost says she hopes to move the small animal clinic by the end of the month to the building previously occupied by Olmsted Medical Center at 25 Frontage Road N.E. from the pet clinic’s current home at 855 Frontage N.E.

"Basically, we’re going from end of the Frontage Road to the other," she said.

Whether the patients have two legs or four, the building is geared toward medical care, Frost says.

"It is better layout for our use. It is already set up for a clinic, she said.

The new location will also offer better parking and more space, Frost said.

Her clinic will go from a 2,160-square-foot space to a 3,200-square-foot one.

Frost, whose associate is Dr. Shari Christenson, has seven on staff.
