Looks like no radio for this game, so your only means of following along are to get your body over to the Rec Center, or follow along here. The winner here takes home the Big Nine Conference championship.

The scenarios are pretty simple:

* IF MAYO WINS, it is the Big Nine champion.

* IF CENTURY WINS, it is the Big Nine champion.

* IF THEY TIE, the Big Nine champion will be determined by the outcome of the Winona at Mayo game on Saturday at Graham Arena. A Mayo win against Winona gives the Spartans the conference championship. A Mayo loss gives Century the title. If Mayo and WInona tie, then Mayo and Century share the conference title.

FIRST PERIOD

1. RC, Isaac St. Marie 13 (unassisted) 8:46. St. Marie intercepts a Mayo breakout pass in the Spartans zone and fires a wrist shot top shelf on Century's first official shot on goal.

Notes: Mayo will start the second period with :54 of power play time. The Spartans are 0-for-2(plus) on the PP so far.

SECOND PERIOD

2. RM, Adam Alcott 9 (Ryan Martin 8) 10:11 (pp). Alcott takes it from Martin in his own end, rushes the puck all the way to the other end of the ice, cuts across the slot and fires it past Wennberg from the left circle.

Shots on goal: Mayo 19, Century 9.

Notes: Century's Brandon Kautz was called for a tripping penalty as time expired in the period, so Mayo will start the third period with a full 2 minutes of power play time.

THIRD PERIOD

3. RC Brandon Kautz 11 (Hayden Ashworth 22) 14:12 (pp). Kautz fires a shot from the point through traffic that gets by Hansen.

4. RC, Ashworth 10 (unassisted) 16:14. Ashworth outraces a Mayo defender for the puck and tucks it in an empty net.

5. RM, Tommy Fjelsted 4 (unassisted) 16:25. Fjelsted rips a slapshot on a rush after the ensuing faceoff.

NOTE: Century going on a power play with 3:32 to go. ... Panthers take their timeout with 3:32 remaining. ... Mayo takes timeout with 1:11 to go.
