By my rough estimate, this short list adds up to about $3.7 million (Yeah, the bulk is from the Mayo Clinic one) rolling into Rochester and about $55,000 worth of dairy products coming in.
I think I recently read a factoid that one out of seven people in the U.S. get a paycheck from the government.
Looking at all of the money that rolls out each week from the feds, it wouldn't surprise me if that was true.
