Dialogues meeting on Tuesday in Zumbro Falls

Zumbro Falls, Mazeppa and Hammond were devastated by flash flooding in the Zumbro River valley in September 2010. Three years later, the towns have fought back and are looking ahead to future growth and opportunities.

On Tuesday, we'll have a Post-Bulletin Dialogues event in Zumbro Falls to look back at how far the Zumbro River towns have come since 2010 and what area residents hope can be achieved in the years ahead.

The Dialogues event will be from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at VFW Post 1802 in downtown Zumbro Falls. Joining P-B Managing Editor Jay Furst will be Zumbro Falls Mayor Al VanDeWalker, Mazeppa City Administrator Duane Hofschulte, Hammond business owner and tourism leader Janice Domke, and John Homme of the organization Zumbro and Friends.

Post-Bulletin Dialogues are free, informal public meetings on important community issues in the news. Join the conversation next week in Zumbro Falls.
