A July 10 Letter to the Editor from Michael and Barbara Sarr criticized the opinions expressed by another letter writer, Leon Eggers.
The fact that Mr. Eggers has opinions that differ from their own does not warrant such a hateful tirade against him. He stated the facts as he sees them — and the Sarrs maliciously did exactly what they accused Eggers of doing.
Not only that, but they also criticized the Post-Bulletin for publishing his letter. They endorse censorship, saying that Rochester neither needs nor wants opinions such as his.
