The Silver Spirit shop in the mezzanine level of the Kahler Hotel in downtown Rochester is hosting a grand opening celebration starting this Thursday and running through Saturday.
There will be free henna tattoos either on the Peace Plaza or the mezzanine, depending on the weather. There will be live music, refreshments, crafts for kids and hair beading for $10.
Lisa O'Hanlon of St. Charles, who handcrafts much of the jewelry sold at Silver Spirit, opened the shop last fall.
