When is the county/city ever going to blacktop the northwest corner of the Olmsted County Fairgrounds?
Every time we get a heavy rain during the fair and the Gold Rushes the crushed rock turns into a mucky, tan mud that you can't even walk through, much less push a stroller over. It really ruins the affair.
