From bar to condemned building to rubble

The corner of Broadway and Center in Richester will never be the same.

The former CJ's building is completely down now and crews are just scooping out the remains.

Now that corner is ready for development. Developer Gus Chafoulias just needs to acquire the buildings that house the current CJ's, Salon 37 and Ginny's Fine Fabrics.

We'll keep an eye on this one.
