Grand Shops casualties since January

By my count, here's the list of retail casualties in the Grand Shops at the Kahler and Marriott since new ownership and management arrived in January:

Hallmark

Dreamlodge (and Wine Shop)

Tableside Manor

MVS Convenience

Silhouette

Merle Norman Cosmetics (the smaller part of Renee Carlson’s store)

The Crate (planning to close within a few months)

In court, fighting eviction:

Revelation/Les Wigs Renee/Merle Norman

Go Rochester Direct

And at least three other stores are on the bubble, either to be moved or who knows.

New businesses are planned, including a flower shop, and a new hotel shop (Peacocks) fills the space where the wine shop was.
