FELDY: Section 1AA tournament pairings were just released. The one surprise that stands out is Rochester Mayo at No. 3. I figured the Spartans would be No. 4 at the highest, or No. 5. But, obviously, their 8-1-2 stretch over the final 11 games held a lot of weight with section coaches. Congrats to the Spartans; they're definitely playing like a No. 3 seed right now.
