It's encouraging to see the U.S. Senate is keeping President Obama in check by turning down his legislation for more background checks on people who want to purchase guns.
Since he lost that battle, what's his next move? Now with the Boston Marathon bombings, will Obama try to pass legislation that requires background checks and registration for anyone who wants to purchase nails or pressure cookers?
