First, my apologies for missing "High School Hockey Tonight" yesterday. I was feeling under the weather and a nap with Baby Feldy ending up taking precedence. Mrs. Feldy did not, however, need a burp towel when I ate supper. That's my story, anyway.
On to more important matters.
This week's state hockey polls have been released. Rochester Lourdes dropped one spot to No. 6 in the Class A poll, after losses to top-ranked St. Thomas Academy and Holy Family Catholic. The Eagles are the only Section 1 team in the Class A poll.
Duluth East remains No. 1 in the Class AA poll, earning nine of 10 first-place votes. Lakeville South is the lone representative from Section 1. The Cougars, led by Gophers commit Justin Kloos, are No. 16.
