For a second consecutive night, there's just one boys hockey game on our local schedule, as Mayo makes its trip up north to face Hibbing, before playing at Virginia on Saturday. The Spartans haven't played a game in a week, since the final day of the Kiwanis Festival. This trip is always a good test for the Spartans as they prepare for 10 of their final 12 regular season games coming against Big Nine Conference opponents.
