Caledonia 27, Luverne 21:There might not be hotter team in the state than Caledonia. I didn't know how this team would do this year ... I think we all knew they'd be good, but I didn't think they'd be Prep Bowl good. They've proved a lot of people wrong, and it's tough to doubt coach Fruechte and his boys right now. Luverne is a solid squad, and they have plenty of kids who have played in big games before. But Caledonia won't be stopped!
Nine-man
Houston 30, C-G-B 16:I don't think this game will be a shoot-out like most Nine-man games on turf. But how can you doubt Kevin Lindh, Andy Sires and the boys. The line in front of those guys is playing darn well right now, too. So it's tough to imagine the Hurricanes losing this game!

CLASS AA/ Luverne 31, Caledonia 30: Luverne has lost in the Prep Bowl two years in a row, inlcuding to Caledonia last year. It's their time, but it won't be easy and they're going to have to find a way to out-score a high-powered, fast Warriors squad.
NINE-MAN/ C-G-B 18, Houston 16: Nobody's going to beat Houston in a shootout, so C-G-B's only shot is to focus on defense and halt the Hurricanes powerful offense.
