December 18, 2013 - Rochester, MN - The Rochester Downtown Alliance (RDA) announces that Jon Eckhoff has resigned as executive director.
"In his four years with the Rochester Downtown Alliance, Jon has truly made downtown Rochester ‘The Place To Be,’" states RDA board of directors president Chancellor Stephen Lehmkuhle. "As we continue to work to enhance downtown Rochester and position it as a destination for visitors, families, and commerce, we will seek leadership that continues to build on Jon’s valued accomplishments."
Those many accomplishments include increasing attendance for RDA’s signature events, Thursdays on first & 3rd and SocialICE, launching a number of new downtown events in partnership with other organizations, and improving communications and marketing through the development of the RDA website.
