Reading all the articles regarding Mayo Clinic food service employees, I have not seen any discussion of the food itself.
I have been in hospitals in Minneapolis, the northern suburbs of Chicago and the Mayo Clinic hospitals. By far, the worst food I have ever had was at the Mayo hospitals.
Patient satisfaction may not be with the service but with the food.
