I feel a need to clarify a major misconception that the Oct. 22 Post-Bulletin article under the headline "I want your face" may have produced.
Those faces I have photographed are of individuals I came across on city sidewalks. They are not all homeless or afflicted with addictions or poverty. Thus the name of the project: "Story Lines/Portraits From The Street."
I introduce myself to them and explain my intention of this project, which is to show the viewer characters of interest projected through their faces. Period.
