Regarding the recent article, Americans are failing the mask test, I always thought my individual physical freedom extended to the boundary of my nose. I wonder if during NAZI night bombing raids upon England if non-mask wearing people would have honored the “lights-out” common sense strategy for their safety and that of their neighbors during such inconvenient intrusions into the normal activities of a daily routine. In this war against the virus, should we not be willing to sacrifice for the common good? Should we not support the “troops” on the front lines by doing our small part to keep them and our fellow citizens safe?
