In life we are taught much that isn't true. We learned that all men are created equal (why were women excluded?), but as critical freethinkers, we know that only in death are we all equal.
We humans are different in colors, shapes, sizes and ages, but are all members of the human race. In other words, we are all one but differ only in our abilities and needs. We can't all consume equal amounts of food for the body or information for the mind, but what better way to get information than the printed word, as in your Post-Bulletin, which we can quietly digest at our own pace and ability.
In the game of life we all need to play fairly and by the same rules. What better way to be guided than to accept the commonsense rule of "From each according to their ability, to each according to their need?"
