Mayo Clinic's elimination of transcription jobs in various areas of our state — and outsourcing them — is very disturbing!. Is it not the taxes of the people of Minnesota that will help fund the Mayo expansion? And aren't new jobs one of the positive things about this expansion?
Doesn't it cause some confusion when jobs that are already here are eliminated and sent elsewhere?
