Mayo Collaborative Services chief gone?

So I get a Mayo Clinic memo forwarded to me last night. The gist of it is that the chief of Mayo Collaborative Services tendered a resignation on Tuesday and his last day was Wednesday.

On September 9, 2008, Dino Kasdagly submitted his resignation to pursue other career opportunities. We wish him well in his future endeavors and thank him for his contributions to MCSI over the past five years. Dino's last day is today, Wednesday, September 10, 2008. With Dino's resignation, we will look at the leadership structure in MCSI and communicate as decisions are made.

Not sure what to make of this, but it sounds interesting. If anyone out there has info to help me put this into context, I'd appreciate it.
