When it comes to health and wellness, Complete Nutritionis the complete package, says the owner bringing the retail chain to Rochester.
"We cater to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle — lose weight, gain more energy, build muscle," says Eric Wiedel of Sioux Falls, S.D.
He hopes to open the 1,200-square-foot specialty store by late July next to Super Cuts in the Rochester Crossings shopping center by Target North.
One aspect that sets Complete Nutrition apart from its competitors, Wiedel says, is its staff.

"We really focus on good customer service," he says, "We hire people who are interested in health and fitness — who live the lifestyle themselves."
Wiedel, who is also opening a shop in St. Cloud, expects to have about three to four people on staff.
Why open in Rochester?
"I have a manager who was really convinced Rochester is a good location, so he will manage this store. I just feel like the economy is still strong in Rochester," he says.
