Thanks to the help of many people, the Northwestern Singers spring concert, "Sounds of the '80s," was a huge success.
We would like to thank Duane Germaine, for his witty sound bites and introductions during the concert, and Dean De Boer, for his technical assistance in putting it all together. We especially thank the children's choir for working so hard to prepare and be a part of our concerts.
This concert was funded by the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council through the Minnesota arts and cultural heritage fund as appropriated by the Minnesota Legislature with money from the vote of the people of Minnesota on Nov. 4, 2008. We very much appreciate their financial support.
Most importantly, we thank everyone who has supported the Northwestern Singers for more than 50 years. We love to sing, and because of your continued support, we are able to share our love of music with our community.
