Our world lost a great person in Greg Sellnow

I wish to add my amen to Marv Repinski's Letter to the Editor about Greg Sellnow, the Post-Bulletin's editorial page editor, who died suddenly on March 10 at age 54.

The reason his passing was a personal shock to me is that I had met him just the week before. We interacted face-to-face for about half-an-hour and exchanged a couple of dog-park-related emails after that.

I could tell that he was a dedicated journalist and what I call a "Really Good Person."

I was surprised that his death affected me so deeply. That speaks volumes about the kind of human being he was. What a loss, in all of the spheres of his existence.
