Poor and homeless should be represented in DMC group

Regarding the community group assembled to look at societal impact on Destination Medical Center growth:

Surely such a group cannot be complete without a representative from Olmsted County Public Health or Olmsted County Social Services to speak for those people who have no voice in this community.

Tearing down old buildings to build newer and better buildings improves the image of the city, but it should not be done at the expense of removing the shelter much needed by the poor and the homeless.

Planning for the DMC should take in consideration this portion of the Rochester community.
