Rochester is going high-tech… with its billboards.
The second digital billboard in the state is being installed at 1724 S. Broadway. That means this billboard is basically a screen that can be programmed with a message.
Jay Fauber of Magic Media in Rochester that means a message can be changed within 24 hours.
For quick emergency messages, area officials have access to the billboard to use it for Amber Alerts or message about accidents.
