While things still are a shadow of the 'Good Ol' Days,' commercial construction in Rochester is heating up as the temperature drops.
I know I've said this a few times lately, but it still seems pretty interesting.
Lots of projects are in motion or about to be.

Of course, Mayo Clinic has a lot of high profile new buildings going up as well as remodeling projects - large and small - underway in most of its facilities.
