Stone Crossing , the recently revamped Rochester commercial building near Crossroads Shopping Center and the south Hy-Vee store, will host an open house on May 17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This is the building owned by Lori and Ron Reinalda of Real Estate Rescue.
It sounds like a new tenant with a familiar name is lined up to go in there. Above All Roofing of Rochester, Inc., owned by Ryan Reinalda (Yeah, he is son of the Reinaldas), is moving in. He'll share an office with Real Estate Rescue.
Stone Crossing is at 1221 3rd Ave. S.W.
